We manage projects from the first walkthrough through final inspection, coordinating qualified specialty contractors where licensed trade work is required so our clients have one accountable point of contact for the entire job.

The company is backed by extensive construction and project-management experience. Owners Curtis Barnard and Leonard Barnard bring more than 20 years of combined construction and project-management experience to every project, including prior construction work in Maryland before establishing Pinellas Renovations in Florida.
